I have 2 children myself, 3 and 1. I have volunteered in many day cares since I was very young. I recently was involved in a volunteer program at a Parent Child Center, where I was interacting with pre- school aged children and in the infant toddler room. I know CPR. And I have grown up watching children, helping out in day cares, and babysitting on my own since I was 10 years old. I'm awesome with kids of all ages!

I have a lot of patience, and I love being around newborns and infants, I love seeing and helping them learn new skills, and I'm a strong believer in education through play at that age.

I have always been really good with pre-school aged children. I love doing little learning activities with them, like making up little work sheets with simple problem solving, and watching them get so excited when they answer correctly, I love doing (age appropriate crafts, and fun games and activities that all children love!

School aged children are welcome as well. I am very good at math and English and I make an awesome homework helper! I have younger siblings so I have been taught from an early age how to entertain and care for school aged children.

I would want to be able to care for the children in my home, my ideal situation that I am looking for is a child or two that I can watch on a scheduled basis, i.e., every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. but all days and times are available. I am ideally looking for someone who cannot find daycare, or someone whose work schedule does not parallel day care hours.
I am also willing to do babysitting once in a while as a parent needs it, not strictly limited to a schedule.

Depending on the situation and schedule I will charge either hourly, daily or weekly. The pricing will be something that you and I would come up with and agree on, based on our unique situation.
