I'm sorry to say that 2 out of the 4 times Kayla was supposed to babysit she didn't show up. The first time, I thought mishaps happen and forgave it. But now the second time she didn't show she merely said she had slept through an alarm and didn't apologize or offer to come down anyway. She gets 3 stars because she was fine the days she did come down.
