Hello! My name is Kayla and I am a junior sociology major at Sacred Heart University. I have many years experience with children of all ages. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old and worked at the local YMCA child care center for two years. At school, I have been a mentor for the last two years for school age children through a program at my school as well as volunteered with children in the community for the past 3 years. I have also babysat in Westport for a family where my duties included homework, meals, transportation and some small errands when needed. Last summer, I also interned in Memphis, TN at a residential treatment facility for children.
