I have loved working with young children since I can remember. I took at red cross class to be a certified babysit09ter when I was 10 and baby sat and was a summer nanny throughout high school. I decided to go to the University of Minnesota Duluth where I received a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. While at college I worked at a child care center in all room (infant-preschool). After college I worked as a lead infant teacher for almost 3 years, where I would care for up to 8 babies at a time along with a co-teacher. I recently got married and moved and therefore am now working as a nanny for a family with 2 children ages 5 and 7. I have currently been primarily caring for the 5-year-old while the 7-year-old has been in school, however the 5-year-old will be doing full day kindergarten and I will no longer be needed full time. I will be finished working with them end of summer sometime, my start date is flexible. Overall, I love working with young children and especially have a passion for babies. I am looking for a great family to work alongside to help their children grow and learn!
