I would say one of the main reasons that I don't work there anymore is that I enjoy watching smaller groups (four or less) more than large groups. My schedule is fairly flexible. I always bring crafts and fun activities to do with the children. I can work in any situation and have watched some rather difficult children without difficulty. I have a lot of experience with all age groups so I am not easily flustered. You can feel confident leaving your child with me because of my experience. I am comfortable following directions.
