Katie was with our family for only three days when we had a change of circumstances which did not allow us to keep her on. First of all, she had great interviews. It was clear to us that she deeply cared for the other kids she watched and that was important to us. Her demeanor was calm and deliberate which told us she would be great for our toddler who can be quite a handful and challenging at times. We hired Katie and knew we had made the right choice. In her time with us, Katie listened to our instructions about the care and routine for our son very carefully and applied them right away. She quickly developed a relationship with him and he was having fun and learning while with her. We were sad that we couldn't keep Katie with our family, but we know she will be great for the next family who hires her. She is great with young children and older children alike and another family will be extremely lucky to have her!
