I will be graduating from Fordham University in the spring and am planning on moving back to Connecticut (possibly either Farmington or Wallingford). While my major is Communication and Media Studies with a minor in History, I am actually considering going into the field of education eventually. I started babysitting for neighbors when I was only 13, and to this day I still love spending time with and caring for children. Three years ago, I worked at the before and after school programs at the elementary and upper elementary public schools, and also filled in at the preschool when help was needed. I have also tutored elementary aged students, mentored inner-city students and African immigrants, and traveled to China to teach English to local students.
