I've been taking care of children my entire life. The second of four children, I took care of my younger sisters since they were born. I have worked with children just days old on up to 12 years old. Coming from a large family, I don't get overwhelmed easily and am a great multi-tasker. I have also worked at summer camps where the staff to children ratio was 1:10. I've been a "paid" babysitter since I've been 12 years old and at that age watched and cared for a 5-month-old. I like to keep things orderly and clean and deal with children with a firm but loving hand. I'm familiar with all types of food allergies and know how to cook with special care because of that. I tended to a family of a five boys between the ages of 1-7, so I am not afraid of large families with a lot of needs.
