I am currently a student and rower in college and will be returning home next week for the summer. I am looking for a full or part time job as a nanny/babysitter and have a lot of experience in child care.
I graduated from High School in the spring of 2011. During my junior year there, I was the only non-senior that was selected to participate in the PEPI (Physical Education Pupil Instructor) program. In groups of 3, we traveled to one of five elementary schools each day and taught kids PE during their recess time. Through this program I realized how much I truly love working with kids of all ages.
I was a varsity soccer player as well, and through my club soccer team had the opportunity to work with 4-6-year-olds and teach them soccer skills.
I have babysat for family friends since I was 13, and have taken care of up to 3 children at a time. I am comfortable with all ages and have experience in playing games inside and outside, taking kids to activities, preparing meals, and bathing/putting them to bed.
I am CPR certified and a non-smoker who does not drink. I have a car and a clean driving record. I am also comfortable caring for pets.
