I have 21 month Boy/Girl twins and have had the opportunity to stay home with them for the last 6 months along with our wonderful Nanny, Kathleen. Our family recently made the decision that I am not going to go back to work for the foreseeable future, so, tough as it is, we have to let Kathleen move on to another family. Kathleen is an amazing nanny - very hands on. She loves to get the kids out of the house and to take them to age appropriate activities. We are confident that our kids are in good hands as she takes them to Gymboree, play dates, story time at the library, the zoo, aquarium, etc. She has extensive experience as a nanny and as a teacher at Gymboree. She is great with the kids - they absolutely LOVE her. She gives them plenty of opportunities to grow and explore in a safe environment. She provides them with developmentally appropriate activities and helps to stimulate their growth. She has experience with newborn through school age children, and has experience with multiple children. Kathleen started with our family when the babies were 6 months old and has been with us ever since. Even after I stopped working we kept Kathleen on because she is such an important part of our family and our kids' daily loves and overall development. Kathleen also went through our daughter undergoing Open Heart Surgery at 1 year old. She was incredible throughout the entire ordeal. Not only did she attend doctor's appointments and consultations with me, but she would take our son overnight if we needed her to (without our having to ask) and even stayed overnight with my daughter at Children's after her surgery during our 2+ week stay. She made a very scary ordeal bearable as we knew we could depend on her unconditionally. Kathleen is engaged, loving, supportive, responsible and fun! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful nanny to join their family.

Kathleen worked for our family for three years and our whole family adored her. She is a natural with children, giving them love, affection, joy, discipline, companionship and stability. She rarely missed a day even if she was ill herself and she always had activities planned for the boys. She took them everywhere on play dates, parks, swimming, museums etc. Anyone who gets to have Kathleen as their nanny will be very lucky indeed as we were for three years. She will always be a part of our family even though she is no longer our nanny.
