My paid experiences have been babysitting children from family friends during summers. I took care of, interacted, helped with homework, and played outdoors with them. I also have been the designated babysitter in my family. I take care of kids while my aunt is at work during the day and some afternoons. I have experience working with elementary children in Charlotte, NC. I was a lunch buddy for children that needed extra help in school. I also helped translate between children and teachers, as well as parents in Spanish. Prior to my college years, I also volunteered at a local elementary school and worked with the children there. I have taken care of infants of three months and older. I babysat them while the mother worked from home in her office. My energetic, patience, and positive attitude has always allowed me to interact and take care of children.
