As a little girl, I loved being around kids. My family always made fun of me for 'mothering' my cousins, but it was simply my nature. When I turned 12, I became a mother's helper. I carried on for two years until becoming a full time baby-sitter. At the young age of 14, I was baby-sitting the neighborhood children on a regular basis. As I got older, so did the amount of responsibility I was able to take on. I began baby-sitting small children or multiple child families, and the experience made me much more versatile. Throughout my college career, I have consistently baby-sat for the same families during school breaks. Additionally, I was a h0ead counselor for two summers at a day camp. This role required me to be responsible for a large group of children, demonstrating responsibility and patience. I love running around and playing games, doing art projects, and have a great laugh. I have always loved caring for children, an aspect which has not changed throughout the past 10 years.
