I grew up in a very large family of 11 children and have been around kids all my life. While I was growing up, I baby-sat my younger siblings while my parents worked. I would have to supervise them, clean, cook, and help them with their homework. Besides my family, I also baby-sat for many other families through the years and still do. Right now, I am a preschool teacher in South Lyon and have been for the last three years. I work with eight 2 1/2 to 3-year-old's and even though they can be a tough group I absolutely love my job. Although I work with children 2 1/2 - 3 years old; I have worked with all ages from infants to 13 years and older. I love working with children and will do it for the rest of my life. I believe it was what I was born to do and I couldn't picture myself anywhere else.
