I have had many years of experience caring for children. I have been a babysitter since I was in high school. I used to be a camp counselor over the summers and have volunteered in day cares and head start centers. I studied Early Childhood Education for two years in college and was able to observe and learn about children in a classroom. My personal babysitting experience involves watching children from 6 months old to 8 years old. This past year I watched a 2-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy once a week. I currently watch a 5-year-old boy on occasion. I have watched children of various ages in the past and enjoy being around children of all ages. Over the years, I have had many different experiences caring for children. I have learned about the importance of children's interactions in life and creating an environment where children can grow and learn.
