During the previous summer, I was a babysitter and I am taking care of a young 7/8-year-old girl. In that position I served as a teacher, counselor, leader, role model, and authority figure for the girl with confidence and I feel I gained substantial experience as a babysitter. While on the job I administered medications on a timed basis, picked up the girl from school, drove the girl to her swim meets/practices, organized sleepovers, and much more. I am very mindful of child safety and I always prioritize their well-being before mine.
