Kate applied for my job posting and after talking to her many time and verifying that the hours we needed and pay we were offering was ok we set up a time to interview. I received a text message from Kate half an hour before she was supposed to meet us saying she would not make it. When I asked if a different time would work she said she would like more hours then we were offering.
