I have a great deal of work experience ranging from ages 3 to 14. I have babysat 2 consecutive summers M-F full-time in 2006 and 2007. I also helped run a summer playground day-camp for children ages 3 to 12. I currently babysit for family members (cousins) when I am available. I attend East Stroudsburg University where I am enrolled in the Speech-Language Pathology masters program. I have also gained experience working with children of different ethnicity, backgrounds, and communication disorders and differences. I have taken developmental and educational psychology and speech and language development courses, which has given me a great understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate communication styles and interactions. I have documentation of the following Pennsylvania State Clearances: clean criminal record, child abuse history, fingerprinting, and driver's license. I have always had a passion for child growth and development and teaching youth. Therefore, surrounding children with an enriching environment and aiding them in all daily tasks with kindness and patience, are ideals I hold very close to my heart.
