Karli nannied for my son for all of first grade this past year while he was 6, then turned 7 years old. She was our nanny Monday through Friday after school. She was such a wonderful addition to our family! She was a dependable and consistent presence in our life. I found her to be extremely flexible and so much appreciated how she supported me as a single working mother. My son has ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder and can be quite challenging. For the past several years, he's gotten therapies and we've participated in family programs to help me be a better parent and him better manage his energy and impulsivity. Karli got right on board with the programs, learned the cues and prompts, and also found her own way of reaching my son. She engaged him with activities, let him express himself with play, and simply had fun with him. They found a good daily rhythm together. I always trusted Karli to take common-sense care and precautions with my son: from driving him to appointments to remembering sunscreen. She followed our household guidelines and schedule and always communicated with me daily. I appreciated that she was able to fully articulate what went well and what needed improvement. We definitely worked together, for which I was extremely grateful. Karli is a thoughtful young woman who many times went out of her way to make special plans for my son, especially around a holiday. I was thankful each day for the small ways she helped me and and the great care she showed to my son. She's a treasure and we definitely miss her. I would highly recommend Karli for a nanny position with your family.

Karli has nannied for my 15 month old since he was 6 months old. She has done such an amazing job, I could not have asked for a better person to come into my home and take care of my son. Karli is trustworthy, dependable and loving. There has never been a doubt in my mind that my son is in good hands when he is with Karli. I would recommend Karli to anyone who is looking for childcare. She is the best of the best and I am truly sad to be losing her. I hope her next family treats her well!
