I am 21 years old and I absolutely love babysitting. I have babysat for 3 different families. For one family, girl age 5 and boy age 6, I occasionally watched overnight a few nights in a row. I pick-up the kids from their after school club, make them dinner, play/help with homework, get them ready for bed and wake/feed them in the morning as well as get them on the bus and drive the little one to preschool. I watched 3 kids, 2 boys ages 6 and 11, 1 girl age 9, regularly, Monday through Friday after school. I get the kids off the bus, help with homework, lunches and snacks, entertain with games/crafts as well as drive to various activities like gymnastics, after school clubs. I also watched a 5-year-old girl a few times a week as well. I recently taught her how to skateboard and she is hooked. The kids are great and are always sad when it is time to leave. It is so rewarding to have the opportunity to influence children's lives. I love to be active. I have run 7 half marathons so far. I am currently signed up for 2 half marathons in 2013. My goal is to run a half marathon in every state.
