I worked for a child development center for nearly two years. I would help/assist providing and leading planned activities for program participants. I interacted with the children using approved child guidance and techniques. I supervised children during daily schedule indoor, outdoor, on field trips, outings, and special events. I notified supervisor on health, fire, and safety compliance concerns. I observed a program participant for signs that may indicate illness, abuse or neglect and reported as directed. I assisted in maintaining program participation data and completing required daily reports. I completed designated training requirements. As for an actual facility I worked for 2 years but since 15. I pretty much raised my sisters little girls which are now 7 and 8 at home and till this day when I go back home I still take care of them. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
