I have never met anyone more patient, more kind, more connected or more loving with children. I have 14 & 4 year old and 19 month old. Karen (or Aunt Karen as my kids endearingly refer to her) has such a gift when it comes to interacting with kids. Kids are drawn to her energy, smile and willingness to engage in kid activities with them - she often brings crafts and activities with her when she plans to sit with our kiddos. She is genuine, responsible, fun, trustworthy and makes such a positive impact on the children's lives that she is a part of. My kids light up when they see her and I know that when I leave them with her that they are safe, protected, having fun, getting exclusive attention, they are engaged and that my rules for my kids are still in play. I can enjoy my time out because I know they are enjoying their time, too with an exceptional caregiver. Karen is certainly a gem and I would highly recommend her to others seeking a caregiver for their kids.
