Karen is awesome! I called her out of the blue to watch my kids because our nanny got really sick and had to be hospitalized. Karen agreed to fill-in for us for 2 days until our regular nanny got better. She is kind, fun-loving and just all around great. The kids loved her. Best wishes to Karen for the future.
