I am a full-time nanny and work next door to a family Kaitlin nannied for. We would get the kids together multiple times a week so I was able to see first hand how Kaitlin worked with children. I also recommended her to my boss as a backup for when I was sick and she was always more than willing to help. Kaitlin had been with this particular family since their 2 year old was just a few months old, and loved him as if he were her own. Ready to always give hugs and smiles. She would get the little boy laughing all the time...so cute! She is very knowledgeable about what kids need to be learning at different stages and was always good at teaching and interacting with the little boy she nannied. We went on walks with the kids, to the park, aquarium, zoo, ran errands, etc. She not only took great care of the little guy but was always willing to help with my little one too. We became great friends, and she was a dedicated, hard working, loving nanny whom I would highly recommend! I know she is greatly missed by her former employer as they still come by often and always talk highly of her.

We hired Kaitlin for our baby when he was 2 months old and she cared for him until he was 2. She did an outstanding job caring for him, especially as he went through different ages from newborn to toddler. She was nurturing and was responsible and very reliable. She lived about 40 min. away, but made it to work without any issues almost the entire 2 yrs. we had her. Our son loves her to death and they created a tight bond. We definitely trusted her to watch him even when we traveled or overnight. As he grew older, she was good at taking him to the park, doing activities with him and helping us with discipline. We would definitely recommend Kaitlin.
