Currently, I babysit my 1-year-old cousins, they are twins. I also babysit two brothers, who are 3 and 9; and, I watch a brother and sister who are 3 and 8. I have babysat from infants to 12-year-olds, and I am comfortable with any age. Usually, for the children who are between 2 and 3, I like to incorporate activities like reading books to learn about body parts, animals, colors, etc. Children between 4 and 6, I like to do fun activities such as coloring, cutting, gluing, dancing to music, and playing outside. Children 7 and up, I usually like to ask them what they would like to do for fun. For food, I cook what parents assign me to cook, or I cook something wholesome that includes protein and vegetables. Before I cook, I will also take into consideration any food allergies a child may have. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm willing to babysit 24/7. I am very familiar with babysitting, and all the tasks that come with it. I will inform you of some of my experiences. About 4 years ago, I had traveled with parents to Florida, to babysit their 3-month-old boy, and 3-year-old boy for two weeks. I watched the two of them from 6 in the morning to 9 at night. My step mom also runs a home-daycare, and she has been doing so for almost 10 years now. When I lived with her, I was home-schooled, and I helped her out with watching the kids every day. I changed diapers, made bottles, made food, burped the infants, played with the kids, watched them, and did various activities with them. Throughout all my years of babysitting, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience. My love for kids has grown as well.
