We hired Kadian to care for our then 9-month-old. She has been very reliable and we love her! Our "baby" is now 18 months and she misses Kadian on the days she's not there. I actually miss her on the days she's not there too! She is so helpful to me with keeping my home nice, but more importantly, keeping my children happy. She is family to us now. :)
