I enjoy spending quality time interacting with children through games, play, crafts, etc. I also enjoy taking advantage of learning opportunities. Being a teacher for five years has made that a natural part of who I am! I love working with children because it matters and makes a difference. It is also amazing to watch them learn and grow and to be a part of their discovery of the world. I am also available for flute lessons and tutoring.

I have worked with infants and children up to 11 years old. I have a BS is in Elementary Education and a BM in Music Performance. I was awarded Teacher of the Year for my school and was a finalist for my county in 2009. Currently I am working part-time at a preschool while completing my Master's degree and internship in counseling with a goal of becoming a therapist specializing in working with at-risk children.
