I have a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and I taught Kindergarten through sixth grade resource classes for two years before I had my first daughter. I also have an 18-month-old daughter. Prior to teaching, I had experience working in daycare centers. In one daycare, I worked with 3 and 4 years old children. In the second daycare, I worked with children ranging in age from 1 to 12 years old. Before attending college, I had six years of babysitting experience, working with children from newborn age up to around 12 years of age. Here in Columbia, I tutored at a learning center for a year and a half. For the past year, I have been babysitting in my home.
I am available for part-time or possibly full-time child care in my home.
