I have much experience caring for children including my own siblings, one of which has Downs Syndrome. My younger siblings are currently, 18, 10, 10 and 7. I also used to babysit other people's children. I also volunteered helping children in my sister's special needs class as well as behavioral children at a local middle school. Also, I used to be a caregiver at an adult foster care home where we cared for 6 residents with developmental disorders. Care included everyday hygiene tasks, dispensing and documenting medications, implementing and following behavior plans and most importantly being someone they can count on for love and support. I am First Aid and CPR Certified by the Red Cross in Michigan.
