Babysitting details:
I started babysitting for family & friends while I was in high school (infants & toddlers mostly). I became an after-school nanny for 2 children (5 yr old boy & 7 yr old girl) in 2005-2006. I worked in a daycare at an 8 week sleep-away summer camp in 2005 & 2006 (ages 2-6). I was a summer nanny for 2 children (both girls ages 3-4 & 6-7) in 2007 & 2008. I was a volunteer preschool assistant in Israel (age 2) in 2007. I worked as a part-time nursery assistant while in college in Baltimore, MD (age 11-14 months) in 2008. While in college, I also tutored elementary & middle-school aged kids. I volunteered as a daycare assistant at a nonprofit in Ghana for children of homeless teens (ages varied from infants-2-year-olds). I've continued to babysit all ages for friends & family. I currently work full-time with infants & young children (7 months-18 months & 4-5 year olds). I also spend a great deal of time with my adorable niece who is now 11 months. I'm new to Seattle & have a lot of free time to babysit!
