I worked as a day camp counselor at an elementary school in Los Angeles in 2007. The children I worked with were mainly middle schoolers, but I also worked with Pre-K for after hour care.

From December 2010- June 2011 I had an internship with the Women's Shelter Program of San Luis Obispo. I worked everyday with victims of domestic violence, including their children. One aspect of the internship was to provide childcare for children of all ages once a week.

This summer I volunteered at a camp for children with Autism spectrum disorders. The children I worked with were 5-13 years old.

I recently graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA with a degree in Psychology, and I also took many Child Development classes. I am currently attending UO to obtain my Post-Bac in Communication Disorders and Sciences. My career goal is to be a speech-language pathologist in a school or hospital setting.
