I arrived new the area and found Joyce through Care.com. She has been caring for my 2 children since Sept about 2-3 time a week. She is great. She cares for my children as if they were her own. She has even taken the time to learn strategies to work well with my 4 year old autistic son. She would be a great asset to any family.

Joyce worked for us for a week in December. She always arrived 10-15 minutes ahead of schedule. She helped with the laundry (which she wasn't asked to do) and she watched our now 6-month old son with great care! She read to him, was active with him and cared for him as if he were her own. You could not ask for a better babysitter!
