I provided evening babysitting for school-aged children in my neighborhood through middle school and high school. Eventually, I went on to work as a full-time summertime nanny for twins (one boy, one girl) from the summer they were 1.5 to the summer they were 3.5. The remainder of my time in the summers has gone to babysitting for a host of other families and I have had experience with kids of all ages, including infants, special-needs children and infants with physical disabilities. I genuinely enjoy my time spent caring for children. In my years of experience I have learned to handle all sorts of situations from emergencies to everyday madness to boring, rainy days. As a recent graduate of UVM, I am now seeking full - or part-time employment in the area and would love to continue working in childcare if possible!
