Hi, I am 21 years old. I did attend 1 1/2 year at Ohio State University for Early Childhood Development and Education. Unfortunately, I had to postpone school for financial reasons. I've always had a passion for children since I was a child. I've been working with children for the past 9 years. I love everything about working with children and wouldn't change it for anything. I do not have children myself (like to finish school first) but would love to have some in the future. I do own a dog name Roxy (she is like my child) and I also love all other types of animals. Finally, I believe that encouraging a child's imagination is more important than their knowledge sometimes. In my opinion, adults sometimes lose or forget how to use their imagination while children embrace it, which allows children imagination to expand, discover and create more.

I have also volunteered at an elementary school for the past 3 years. I had volunteered in a kindergarten room which allowed me to get the teaching experience I needed. In addition, it gave me a chance to personally get to know the children and understand them more.
