My experience in working with children of all ages has been a lifelong endeavor, and my ultimate goal is to be a stay-at-home dad when my fiancee finishes her law degree at Michigan State. Many of the most rewarding moments of my life have involved children, whether it was teaching my niece to ride her bike, helping my struggling 7th and 8th graders become lifelong readers, tutoring 2nd grade students in reading, or showing my 3rd grade summer camp group how to cook. I truly cherish the relationships and bonds I have made with many of the kids I have worked with, and I am looking to continue gaining experience working with children.

I have a lot of fun interests and hobbies that include cooking (especially baking!), ice skating and ice hockey, playing guitar, building models, reading, and much more. I love doing arts and crafts, and I love the outdoors and nature, too.

I have worked with almost every age group, from toddlers all the way through middle school. In high school, I worked with preschoolers for 2 years in the Learning About Children and Working With Children classes. I also babysat for several children ages 5-10. While in college, I worked mainly with school aged children and middle school kids.
