I love watching and helping children learn. It is an amazing feeling! If I am having a bad day and I see my little niece smiling, then I get a huge smile on my face. That is why I love being a nanny! Here's some of my experience. I took care of a set of 6-month-old twin girls. They kept me very busy! They loved to be outside in the pool or just basking in the sunlight sitting in their "exersaucers". They made me laugh all the time. I really enjoyed the time I spent with this family. I learned how to multi-task and to work well with kids. I also developed leadership qualities and the ability to take on a lot of responsibly. I also had to be physically fit with two very active boys. When I was younger, my dad was sick with Huntington's and I had to help my mom take care of him. He had gone back to an infant state. We changed diapers, got him dressed, fed him soft foods, and brushed his teeth. This is where I truly learned the meaning of compassion and patience! I love nurturing others!
