I have been babysitting and caring for children in people's homes since I was 14 years old. I have worked with a wide range of ages, from infants to teens, and especially love working with preschool aged kids and infants. In high school, I began working at a summer camp for children with special needs, which I absolutely loved. My camp site specialized with children who were medically fragile, as well as children with all ranges of physical and mental disabilities. Working at the camp really taught me more about patience and understanding with all children and myself. I really enjoy working with children because it gives me a chance to use my creativity and love of teaching for a great purpose.
