I believe in the value of all human life. Children and aging or infirm people should be valued. When you see people they should be noticed and appreciated just because. Smiles are very important for a sense of well being. Maturity and patience come with age. The ability to care for not just the physical needs, but truly care for the whole person I am entrusted with is my highest priority.
