If you are looking for a very kind, caring individual to look after your little ones, Jessica is for you! She interviewed with my mother and myself when I was very nervous to leave my first child to go back to work. Jessica interviewed very professionally and honest. She was open and answered everything we asked of her. Very personable and respectful of all my wishes. My son was 5 months old when I had to return to work and I was very nervous and worried I would miss everything! But Jessica was very good with him and she video recorded and took pictures of his days so both my husband and I could come home and see. Some of these videos are priceless and confirmed that he was happy and fulfilled throughout his days. We were very sad to see Jessica leave. She had to move or otherwise she would still have been with our family. We have had other sitters, but none of them have compared to Jessica. She really, really cares and I personally felt connected with her. She communicates clearly, documents your child's daily activities in a log (if you leave one for her), can operate video equipment/cameras, and grows with your child's needs. The other thing I liked is I could text her throughout the day, and she was quick to respond. She did not abuse this, as in texting all day, she just is really fast! Jessica was in tears when she left, we all were. But we have stayed in communication since, and she has been able to both of our sons grow throughout the years!
