I worked at a daycare that provided care for children ages 12 months to 12 years. I loved doing arts and crafts and playing make believe with the kids. We also did a fair amount of homework and giggling. I also took care of my cousins for many years, starting when they were ages 6 and 2. That's a bit different because they are family but I hung out at their house, cooked dinner, read bedtime stories, helped clean up the play areas, went on nature walks, put the babies to sleep, and drove them around to necessary appointments (ballet).
