Jessica won't be available for long. We interviewed Jessica. We loved how she interacted with our 16 month old during the interview. Her experience working at a private daycare really showed through. She understands age / development appropriate activities and she really understands childhood needs. We ended up selecting a another candidate, equally as qualified, but lived three blocks away.
