If you are looking for a professional babysitter who is responsible, reliable and reputable, look no further. For the past 10 years, I have cared for dozens of children in all sorts of settings from campgrounds to beaches, hotels to ranches.
As a teenager, I worked as a children's play coordinator and summer camp counselor. In 2003, I became a Spanish teacher at an elementary school in Hawaii. That same year, I was hired by the local nanny agency as a babysitter for elite guests of a hotel. My clients included celebrities and recording artists, who on occasion were so happy with my work that they offered me permanent positions in their homes.
Working with children is my specialty. I love to keep them engaged with fun activities such as coloring, molding clay, jumping rope and splashing in the pool. There's nothing like getting a good laugh from a child after finding them in a game of hide and seek or a surprise hug because they're "glad you came to play." Of course when it comes to newborns and infants tenderness, lullabies, and storytelling works wonders.
For these reasons and more, I take pride in providing quality childcare that includes safety, learning, and lots of FUN!
This summer I will be working on my Master's in Special Education at USF. Therefore, I am only available for occasional babysitting.
