My passion is working with children. I have worked with children in various setting from babysitting to working with children as a camp counselor. I have been babysitting since the age of 13 and I am currently 24 years old. I have experience in babysitting children of all ages from infants to toddlers. I also have various experience in working with children having special needs. I have worked one-on-one with nonverbal special needs children as well as working as a counselor at a children's camp with campers having spina bifida and gastrointestinal disorders. I have worked as a camp counselor at an island camps supervising 11 to 15-year-olds. I also worked at a camp this summer for overweight children supervising children ages 10 to 18 years old.
I am passionate about working with children but I believe in making a change and teaching. I think it is important to have children develop certain skills pertaining to motor, fine motor, cognitive, physical, social and emotional skills for further development in the future. I believe teaching the children of the future will only benefit everyone in the long run.
