For the past seven months I have been babysitting an 11-month-old boy, three times a week. I have had numerous babysitting jobs since I was 16 years old. The past two summers I worked full-time at a daycare center. I had the privilege to work with children of all ages, however my first year I mainly worked with the children 2 - 3 years of age. Last year I worked with kids 5 - 8 years old and then babies 5 months - 1 year in the afternoon. I enjoy volunteering at my church's daycare facility and the children's Sunday school program. I have taught fifth and sixth grade cheerleaders for four years. I have taken a child psychology and a child developmental course at college. I am from a huge family with a lot of little cousins, so I am extremely used to and definitely enjoy being around children.
