My name is Jessica. I enjoy drawing, sports, reading, cooking. I have watched children as young as 1-year-old up to 11 years of age. I am CPR certified and have taken a working with children's class where I worked in a preschool for a full year. The children were 3 years old to 5 years old in a mixed class of boys and girls. On a daily basis we would have recess for the kids to play out side for at least 30 minutes, and we would also have numerous activities for the kids to interact with once back in the class room. Some of the activities include painting, arts and crafts table, play dough, dress up, and blocks. I am currently in a psychology class where we are learning about the child's mind and the best ways to interact and the best ways to meet their needs.
I am a very energetic, outgoing, and organized person and most of all I enjoy children!
