Jessica was interviewed and hired on the same day. Her background check was clear and she had all the requirements we needed as new parents with a two month old. We had an emergency situation occur with my wife earlier that week that ended up in her hospitalization. At the same time, I had been diagnosed with Lupus and was in the middle of treatments and being told NOT to stress over anything as stress & anxiety can trigger Lupus flareups. I was also told to take sleeping medications to ensure I am getting at least 8 hours a day. Juggling the duties of caring for our two month old son, visiting my wife at the hospital & the eventual rehabilitation that was required to get her back to full health, and trying to deal with my Lupus was extremely overwhelming and I knew we needed good help quickly. We needed someone to watch our newborn baby boy at night so that, eventually we could get the sleep we needed & use our energy in the day to recoup, recover and get back on our feet. Jessica filled that niche perfectly. She was always on time & it seemed she was always in a positive mood. Over the next 10 months, she consistently did what was requested of her and bonded well with our growing son. She became part of our family & was always a welcome site to see, her positive attitude cheering up everyone. She is very professional and loves children. Her ongoing education in child development & other work she performs involving children truly makes her a sincere and loving mom and a wonderfully trained child care worker. We were sorry when the time came to part ways and we will welcome her back with open arms if we get the chance in the future.
