I am Jenny, a heart-centered nanny in Central Ohio. I am looking for a permanent 1 to 2 day a week, nanny position. This could include evening sits as well.
More then anything I love seeing children grow into who they were meant to become. I have taught in Montessori school, as well as having knowledge of the Waldorf schools. Additionally, I have experience in the classroom with special needs, and have also worked with these adult populations. I have an extensive knowledge of child development, having worked with diverse child populations including infants through teens. I also had the opportunity to work with a family that practiced attachment parenting. I excel at helping young children to deal with difficult transitions such as the birth of a new baby brother or sister, sibling rivalry, etc.

I focus on the positive with your child truly listening to hear what the child is and is not saying with their behavior. I recognize that children are as different as hand prints. I would love to cook, do art projects, take walks in the park, and read with your children. I provide an environment that fosters autonomy and creativity balanced with clear limits. I have a passion for noticing and encouraging your child's unique gifts and skills, and I wish to help your children excel in the direction of their interests and dreams.
I have a masters in counseling psychology and I am looking to find the right family to grow with. My rate is $15/hour & excellent local references are available upon request. I look forward to hearing from you regarding your specific needs.
