Unreliable. She told me excuses when communicating like internet problems, computer on the fritz, computer being cleaned. Then for our first scheduled meeting (confirmed) she said she was out the door but unexpectedly didn't have a car. Our 2nd scheduled meeting (confirmed) was a no call/no show.
