I am a stay at home wife who is currently working on my Masters Degree online from the University of Maryland. I have three children who are all in school so I am home during the days by myself. I love children and enjoy doing arts and crafts with them and playing outside in our yard. I don't like children watching t.v. all day, so we don't have cable. I encourage the children to play outside as much as possible on sunny, warm days. Of course I will be outside with them in the dirt playing right alongside them. We have a dog and a rabbit. Both love children but if pets are a concern, I can keep the dog in the back and the rabbit in his cage during the hours I babysit.
While my husband was active duty, stationed at Fort Bliss, I babysat a lot for extra money. I have watched up to five children at a time with ages ranging from newborn to 10 years old. I haven't redone my CPR certification but I am trained and was certified about 10 years ago.
