Prior to the child care, I spend about a year or so taking care of a friends elderly grandmother who was in the later stages of Alzheimer. I've grown up looking after my grandparents and elder relatives. I enjoy helping people and being a companion to someone who just needs someone to talk to, or share their memories with.
