I am staying in the South Lyon area, while I attend college at Schoolcraft in Livonia & Garden City. I am pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice, but have a huge interest in children. I am raising 5 children of my own, who are staying with their father near Grand Rapids. After separating and divorcing a few years ago I was a single mom, working in my own business as a housekeeper and trying to make ends meet. I then had the opportunity to come down to this area to stay with and help my elderly grandparents through some health issues. South Lyon is my hometown and I graduated from there in 1992. I love being back here after almost 20 years and I LOVE being back in school. However, I miss being a full time mom and being with kids. I need to supplement my income and would love to share my skills and love with your family. I am available to assist you with any household needs or projects. I am great with kids, pets, and chores, including yard work and running errands. I am a very flexible, easy to get along with person, with a positive attitude. As a mother of special needs children, I love to get creative with learning, problem solving and discipline so it is effective. I love parents who are involved with decisions and of course would follow YOUR guidelines and expectations. In addition, I would consider a live-in or overnight situation.
